High TMPIN1 Temps

Hi, I just finished my first build and it went fairly well. I decided to try overclocking for the first time and I've gotten some confusing results that i could use assistance with.

The relevant hardware for this build is :

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
MOBO: MSI 890FXA-GD7
Cooler: cooler master hyper 212 plus
Case: Cooler Master HAF 922
GPU: ATI Radeon 5850
PSU: Corsair TX750W

I'm using CPUID HW monitor to check temperatures. Under temps i have CPU, TMPIN1 and System with 3 different temperature readings. After searching around I came to assume that TMPIN1 is the NB. TMPIN1 is always the highest temp. When the cpu is not OC the idle temp is about 47-50 C. When I OC manually to about 3.2 ghz the temp went up and when i used the mobo auto oc feature which drove the cpu to about 3.5ghz the TMPIN1 temp was approaching 80 degrees.

My questions are:

Is TMPIN1 in fact the NB?
Are these temp readings normal?
If not. What are possible solutions? I already have 3, 200mm fans (2 intake, 1 exhaust) and one 120mm fan (rear)

I also just want to mention that I'm currently living with no air conditioning in a location thats in the middle of a heatwave, I of course know this will impact results, but would it be to that much of an extent? All other temps seem fine.

Thanks for any wisdom you can lay down on me.

I would try using 2 or 3 different monitoring programs. Not all soft-ware is created equal and may not play well with your set-up.
Here are a couple you can try:

CoreTemp http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
SpeedFan http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
Everest Ultimate Edition v5.50 http://www.lavalys.com/support/downloads

For the best results try and match the BIOS monitoring, with the soft-ware that's closest to said Temp.
