How to disable work offline in windows xp.

which work offline are you referring to? typically this setting refers to internet browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox and etc.

Typically you can disable offline mode by going to the menu at the top of the window:
File> uncheck "Work Offline"

if there's some other offline mode you were referring to you will need to explain better
