Chassis Fan Header

I recently purchased an Intel ITX motherboard and was about to install the case fan connector on the mother board but noticed in the docs that the pinout is listed as 1-Control, 2-+12V, and 3- Tach. I searched on the web and most case fan connectors are 1-Gnd Blk, 2-12V Red, 3-Tach Yellow. Is the blk wire Gnd or Control in this case.

Thanks for the info r_manic. Its a shame that these motherboard companies and computer case designers can't have a set standard when it comes to pinouts now days.
