Best CPU lga 775 socket under $75

I have a almost complte computer left over from me upgradeing parts over the years, and I would like to know what the best lga775 cpu for under 75 dollars is. this computer has abotu 2 tb of space, and i will only be using it to store stuff i dont want on my regular pcs.

here is the specs of it
gigabyte ga-p35-ds3l mobo
8800gt gpu
850 watt psu
4gb ddr 1066 ram

i have put looking for less than 75 dollars but may go up to 100 if the gain is enough. I may play some pre crysis games on this but nothing really new. and i may also use it to watch blu ray movies on my 26inch lcd tv. 720p. I will not be using it to do any encodeing etc.
