task bar moves to 2nd monitor

Hi,
I have dual monitors set up w/ xp pro. Occasionally, on
boot up, the task bar moves to the 2nd monitor when I
have the bar locked on the 1st monitor. Also, the 1st
monitors resolution changes to 800x600. I cannot
determine what causes this prior to shutdown. I have not
installed new software or changed any settings.

thanks. I figured it out. I loaded the most recent
display driver. I'm using the nvidia quadro 280nvs.
