24- Bit Crystalozer

Can someone tell me how to get rid of a popup that says 24-bit crystalizer with a percent sign. Unable to determine why this happening and it is very annoying. It just comes up for a few seconds and goes away.
This is the only place i can find any reference to this.

Do you by any chance have an X-fi card?

if you know the name of the program that starts up this piece of software when windows starts, you can type msconfig into the "run" or "search" area (depending on if you have vista or not) and check the startup/ services tab for the program and uncheck. apply and restart
