I have a problem with my computer. At weird times, such as trying to install windows (when the files are loading up) the computer will shut down and some alarm goes off. It's highly cooled and ventilated so I don't think anything is overheating. It's happened around 3 times or so since yesterday. Don't know whats causing it.

Left the comp on overnight running scandisks etc.. and it never shut down, but installing windows caused the alarm and system to shut down. Been trying to google computer alarms but i can't find anything.

Please help me.

Please tell us what PC (make, model, approx purchase date) or the main parts if a self-build.

Also describe the "alarm" . . . audio or video . . . and what it is like.

Finally, does the system shut down in an orderly manner or just "power off".

I agree..You must tell us everything before we can help you..
Nonetheless your problem can be caused by software incompatibility or defective ram.
