Need help putting together a mb/cpu/memory combo

Hello,

I want to go with a Intel Duo.. probably the E7400.. I need compatible motherboard and 2-4GB memory and I want to stay as close to $200 as possible. On newegg.com I found this:

Now what is a decent motherboard that will work with these and is around $50 or less?

Any g31 board will work fine. Newegg has them open box starting at $27.99 plus shipping. I suggest a biostar, as they will ship you a backplate for free. Nearly all open box boards come with no accessories. A few may have the driver cd.
