Need help putting together a mb/cpu/memory combo

I want to go with a Intel Duo.. probably the E7400.. I need compatible motherboard and 2-4GB memory and I want to stay as close to $200 as possible. On newegg.com I found this:

for $119.99.

Now what is a decent motherboard that will work with these and is around $50 or less?
