Nvidia performance best 9200 overclock settings

What would be the best setting for overclocking a nvidia 9200 using nvidia performance utility?

I have:

Acer ax3300 AMD quad-core 2.9ghz
nvidia 9200 intergrated graphics (rubbish????)
3gb ram
win 7

SAME!!! I would like to know, I have the same setup, I only need to upgrade to 4gb RAM and better graphcis card, or just tune it (so to speak)...
