Personally I'dgo with a Antec 1200, but that just me lol. As for the PSU anything Corsair, I need to know your full system specs please tho.;)

Dual DVI out to 2 - 25.5" lcd panels

For this setup even a Corsair 650W would work. Nice motherboard there, great computer. Good LucK!
