I'm running a Phenom II x6 1090 and a Radeon HD 5850 driving 3 displays and was looking at water cooling them both to drop not just temps but also to kill the wind tunnel sound roaring from my case whenever I fire her up.
I ordered the Swiftech H20-220-APEX ULTIMA from Petra's Tech Shop and wanted to make sure that it was up to the challenge of cooling both my six core and my GPU. I ordered a Swiftech MCR220-QP-STACK Dual 120mm from Newegg just in case a single Dual 120mm wasn't enough. One of the Reps a t Frozen CPU recommended a Triple 120mm Rad but that is a little huge for my situation. I haven't overclocked yet and wanted to try it out in the future but at the moment I'm running at stock speeds and settings.
I guess my big question is will a single Dual 120mm Rad be up to the challenge?
