Hi,

I was looking around and couldn't find a straight answer.

Is it possible to use my laptop pretty much as a wireless adapter for my desktop?

I live in the guest house, so physically plugging my desktop in to the router is not an option, and if its possible i really don't want to actually buy a wireless card as i am moving out soon and wouldn't use it again.

here is what i want to do

dektop>>>>wired>>>>laptop>>>>wireless>>router/modem/internet

desktop has XP 64bit ed. and laptop has vista home ed. 32bit

is this possible?

By default Vista isn't a router, but this might help you: http://www.chicagotech.net/netforu [...] a3bd57b941
