I want to OC my 920, and I am interested in the Thermaltake CL-W0169 BigWater 780e. I wanted to find out if there was something cheaper or more effective. I will continue searching the forums here, but I wanted to ask anyway. :bounce:

thanks for the help :D

complete water cooling systems are over priced and underperform.

there are better places to ask about liquid cooling than new system builds.

^+1. DO NOT BUT THE Thermaltake kit. It's cr@p:

^+1 however you forgot a very good site: http://www.frozencpu.com/
Swiftech, and DangerDen are some of the names to look into, also if you are just cooling the CPU 3/8" tubing is the way to go.

How far you overclock will determine, in a small way, your cooling system. Some people don't like the BigWater 760i but I love it, it only needs 2 5.25" drives to store everything. It'll cool CPU and GPU fine but since it's compact it won't have a HUGE radiator, which makes it a little less effective. My 760i got my CPU on idle an average of 12-15 degrees cooler. But I didn't overclock that hard, (Q6600 to 3gHz.) If your going hard core get the Zalman Reserator 1 V2. It has an enormous radiator and I have heard of it getting a CPU on idle 25 degrees cooler, in some instances, than a heat sink and fan.
