Powersupply for GeForce 9400 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

I'm fairly certain i'll be getting this MB soon, but I need to know if the 300w power supply i already have will be sufficient for this board. The manufacturer website seems to have overlooked this bit of information, so if anyone here knows the answer, please enlighten me.

Yup just make sure the power cables on the psu fit the motherboard.
