scheduler problem

There seem to be a lot of problems with this utility - I have two computers
it works perfectly with, and one, no matter what I've tried, which it won't
work on at all.

I've gradually come to believe its something to do with the specific
hardware/BIOS on the where it won't run.

None of the Microsoft "fixes" worked or were relevant, and you'll find lots
of people raising problems with this utility, none of which resemble each
the others.

You may be out of luck. Try Kelly's Tweaks just in case it helps.
