Im buidling an AMD server. heres the specs

mobo: tyan s2912
1 CPU: AMD 2214 opteron
RAM: Kingston 4GB (2x2gb) drr2 533 ecc
hard drive: well many sizes and types.

ok so the problem i have is i get postcode 85 and if i hit the restart button on the case the code will change to 45, 87 or scrambles.

any ideas what could be wrong? i called tyan and they told me it could be power supply or cpu. i tested the power supply and still same problem with different power supply.
