Missing contents of F local disc

Hello,
I am missing contents of F local disc. I had many folders with pictures in F storage and when I try to access them now I cannot find them. F seems to be empty. Searching for them shows no results. Is there a possibility they are hidden? Is there a way to restore them if they have been deleted?

First, do a scan of the drive with Malware Bytes and see if there is any Malware at play. If that doesn't produce any results, report back to us.
