Hello, I ordered this new computer and here are the specs.
Xion AXP 600 Mid-Tower
(Lots of 120mm Fans)
Phenom II 955 BE 3.2Ghz
Coolermaster Hyper TX3 CPU fan
1 TB HDD
Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3
4GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 RAM
700W Xtremegear PSU
EVGA GTS 250 1GB
Windows 7 64bit

I would like the change the multipliers to 18.5 so its at 3.7Ghz. How would I come across doing this? I have never overclocked before. Please make your answer understandable and thanks for your help!!!

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Exist two ways to do this:

1- AOD: Install the AMD utility start it and look for the tab "Performance control" look for the other tab "clock/voltage" and where says "clock" u can rise the multiplier but be sure that u also rise the voltage I think that u need rise it a little for a stable system.
2- BIOS: Enter to the BIOS and enter in "MB Intelligent Tweaker" and change the "CPU clock ratio" from Auto to x18.5 and remember change the voltage too.
