Impossible to tell, there's too many variables for us to simply say "Chip X will overclock Y GHz". It depends on cooling, how much voltage you apply, the actual CPU itself (as every chip OC's differently), as well as a multitude of other things.

Had one of those chips for a few months in my GF machine, in Gigabyte G31 mobo clocked to 3.2ghz with Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 pro cooler!, but had nice 1066mhz ramm for it..

Most should get 2.6-8ghz but looking at your temps,you need better airflow in your case and replacing of the stock cooler before overclocking. (presuming they are idle temps of course)
