hi guys i have a windows 7 os on ma computer and i hv installed a virtual box as well. now i also need to download second os for it, which will b XP. i have windows XP settings saved on my system but not on the virtual box. how can i install windows xp on virtual box without a cd or usb?

You can Download Windows XP ISO from internet and mount this Iso in Virtual box and install it.

Sorry a dumb question, how do i mount it in virtual box....?
