Printing problems after installing XP2

I am having problems with a network printer since we have installed Windows XP.. The printer is HP LaserJet 4100 MFP... Printing to HP 5si and HP Color LaserJet 3600 is not a problem...

Any ideas???

I can print from HP Jet Admin site...

Hi Laura! If you can, I would try another printer to see if ur HP 4100 is working properly. I would also go2 my "Device Manager" and delete the drivers for the printer that's not working... and re-install them.

I have tried reinstalling already... Thanks though.... I can print a test page right when I turn on the printer and then I get an error message for the scanner.... This then makes the printer show as offline.... I would love to be able to disable scanner and use solely as a printer if you have any ideas....
