Need help picking good power supply

Im wondering what the wattage has to be for my new custom desktop

here are my spec:
-NZXT Apollo mid size case
-E5200 2.5ghz cpu
-Corsair 4gb (2x2gb) DDR2 800mhz
-EVGA GTX 260 898mb gpu
-Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3LR mobo
-ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED cpu cooler

450-550 with a good 12v rail.
