the 4850x2 has been out for a while now, why havent there been any more from any other vendors? is it a sapphire exclusive or something? id really like to get a 4850x2 from xfx to match my regular 4850 but i havent heard or seen any others except sapphire. if any one has any news if others do make the card all info is welcomed. by the time it comes next month to buy the final parts for this pc id like tri-fire 4850 but if xfx dont make it then ill just get a xfx 4870 and cf the 4850/4870.
and before any one says thats a bad idea, its really not. the mixed cf preforms just as good/a little better than dual 4850 and ill count on the 4870 to rip through games that dont support cf that well. thats how i look at it, ill have the same/better cf preformance and if the game dont like cf then ill have the power of the 4870 instead being stuck with a 4850. but any help/news on the 4850x2 is needed, thanks
