Hello, I have an Intel DP45SG motherboard. This computer is loaded with XP Pro, but it is looking for drivers for an "unknown device". This is despite the audio, network, and sound card drivers being loaded. Has anyone else encountered this issue and figured out what the driver might be?

Thanks.

The problem is a BIOS setting. In the Peripherals section disable Enhanced Consumer IR. This feature is not supported by XP (32 or 64 bit), so you'll never need it anyway. If you change to Vista you can enable it at that point.
