I have a HD2400 Pro PCI and I was running Cat 8.12 w/o CCC, I wanted to update drivers to 9.1 but I got a message that read somthing like "your graphics adapter isn't supported." and I freaked, so I read the release notes to see if the 2400 was supported and it was, so I thought it was just the driver acting up so I tried reinstalling 8.12 and I got the same message, so I tried 8.11, same thing, tried 8.10 and no dice.
I saw the trend so I stopped there. anyone got an Idea on how to fix that problem?
I used Driver Cleaner pro to wipe the drivers

Have you tried installing them in safe mode? Sometimes it will be more cooperative then. Also, is that PCI or PCI-E? Do the PCI's require special drivers? Where did you originally get the 8.12 Cats from? (I see that their website says 2400 (PCI-E)).

I havnt tried that, so thats what I'll do when I get the chance. its PCI not PCI-E and I'm not certain if they need special drivers or not, I look into that. the 8.12 Cats came from the ati site.
