More about intel core2duo e6300
  1. Without Overclocking, absolutely not.

it should be pretty easy to get your CPU to 2.66 GHZ. At that point, i would recommend a 9800GT or 4830 if your Monitor is 1280x1024 or 1440x900.

If your monitor is 1680x1050, get the 9800GTX or 4850.

    Good luck bro.
  2. Your cpu is fine only when you overclock as high as you can prolly around 3ghz depending on your mobo ram and psu to keep things steady
  3. If you're set on the Antec, www.microcenter.com has it for 84.99

Thanks for answers, i am giving some more details-

    1.Monitor is having 1280X1024 resolution
2.if not these card then what about 9600GT
    3. Cant overclock as my motherboard does not support overclocking it is Original Intel 945GCL.
  5. You may sell your E6300 then buy a E6750 or E6550 and take a HD4850 if your budget is enough and if not you may take HD4830 instead
  6. I cannot recommend using that CPU bro.

I would do as the guy above me said. Upgrade to a faster e6 series and get a 4830. Good to go.

Thank you for your interest. I got everything clear now. My complete pc is outdated i purchased it more then 2 years back. Now i"ll sell it and make a new one. As for graphics card my PSU is also not good enough and monitor is not big and wide screen, watching movies in this monitor is horrible experience. I will come back to you people once again as soon as i sell this one, to get the best hardware configuration in $1000. :)
