I7-290 install instuctions on this forum?

I thought I saw a thread or post on detail instuctions on this site but I cant find it.

My Boxed CPU from New Egg but it did not come with install instuctions.

The best spot is to go to YouTube and do a search on CPU installation. There are some for the i7's that will tell you. A video is better than someone telling you over text, imo.
