Cooling

hi everyone

i m willing to overclock my PC i want to ask what else i can put in the case to keep it cool i will install a good cooler on CPU and soon i will change the gfx its 8800gt curently will be upgrading too gtx 460

just want to ask what else could be done in the case like any mod or something since its very hot in my country my recent card fried

xfx 750i
500 watt psu
2x2gb crucial 800 mhz
case cooler master elite 334

Add a 120mm intake fan and remove the side panel duct and put another fan there intake or exhaust whichever works best.
Replace whatever you have using ide cable looks like an optical drive.
Use Realtemp/CoreTemp and HW monitor to get some temp readings.
They are free downloads and will help you monitor temps.

If you are going to keep the IDE device, get a round IDE cable. Spend some time doing better cable management so it doesn't obstruct the air flow through the case as much. Replace the stock Intel cooler with a better after market one.
