Hello. im building a system which is going to include a Intel E5200 CPU with an Asus P5Q Mobo. My brother in law gave me some RAM: 4GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800MHZ and 4GB Crucial DDR2-1066MHZ. My Mobo supports both speeds but my CPU only supports the 800MHZ. MY questions are,
1) Can i mix all the RAM to get a total of 8GB or,
2) Should i just go with the 4GB of the 1066 and overclock my CPU (which ive never done) or,
3) Stick with the 4GB XMS2 800MHZ. and sell the 4GB 1066MHZ.

Im going to be running windows 7. I got my ISO all ready to go.

Thanks in advanced.

You should be able to use all of it, the motherboard is going to auto clock down the faster ram to the speed of the lower ram. Honestly 4 gigs should do you fine, and a little jingle in the pocket never hurt anyone =)
