I don't understand what the problem is...

you are trying to install windows xp using floppy drive?

considering winxp is about 500mb big you will need roughly 250 floppies...

as for cd rom driver, a generic driver should have come with winxp installation, but if not, find out your cdrom make/model in device manager (control panel > system > hardware tab > device manager) and refer to the manufacturer's support website to download the drivers for it.
