Turion tl-56 mutiplyer locked at 9x

Hello,how would I go about changing my multiplier can I do this with RMclock pro by making a new profile or is my multipyer for the tl-56 just locked at 9x maximum

The turion is NOT a black edition Processor so now you wont be able to unlock the muliplier, this can ONLY be bone on "Black edition" and "Athlon FX" series processors
