I currently score 11650 in 3dmark06 with a 8800gts 512, nvidia 650i ultra mobo, intel dual core @ 3ghz, and 2gb of ocz vista upgrade ram on windows XP. I am thinking about upgrading my ram to either OCZ reaper or G.skill ram because the price is similar. Wanted to get your thoughts on this and how much it would improve performance and if it would be worth it. Also i want to get 2x2gb sticks to upgrade to 4 gigs

What exactly will the RAM upgrade be? If it's from 667 to 800, you'll see very very little difference unless you overclock the RAM and even then your 3dMark06 will only go up 20 to 30 pts. Besides, can your motherboard go past 1600 fsb and Oc the RAM to 900 Mhz and beyond?

Definitely worth it. Go for DDR2-800.
Get the most overclockable memory and memory with low voltage.
