PSU for this build?

Can someone suggest a good psu to go with this build?

I plan to do some overclocking on the E8400, maybe up to the 4GHz range

The Seasonic is certainly hands down the better unit. I would only recommend the OCZ is funds were very tight.

Corsair 650TX Very high quality as well. Save a few bucks.
Antec Signature 650 The best. Personally, I don't think it's worth the price... but it's really the best you can get at that wattage in the US.
