Can Antec P182 Case keep i7 cool?(Necessary to Switch to Full Tower)

I will be building this within a week I just wanted to get everybodys opinion before I actually built it. I already have the monitor, case, and speakers. Everything else except for the processor can change depending on suggestions. The system will be used for some gaming and video editing.

Really Devating if its worth it will it make boot ups a lot faster if not Caviar 640gb is my second option
