Print Spooler issue

Hello,
I'm using win XP SP3 and each time i try to install printer I get this error msg "Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running. The when I start the print spooler and try, It automatically shut out itself. Does any one knows the solution to this problem.

When at services, go to properties, set to Automatic first, then Start. If it still shuts itself off you have a malware/virus doing it or tweaked XP.
