P5N-D withQ6840 Extreme cpu and 4 gigs Ram

what should I have crucial voltages set at.
FSB & Memory Config at?
AlsoI have the most up to date Bios,but when I try AL tuning to overclock CPU the most I can get is 5%.If I go to 10% or more I get a constant peep from motherboard and need to reload al defaults, what's going on?
