New System (AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE)

I just built myself a new rig, after finally giving up on my 6 year old rig. While I'm happy with it (oced to 3.9ghz and stable) I feel like I'm not pushing it to the max stable settings. On top of that, I'm only getting a 5.3 Windows Score, due to 5.3 limits on the RAM and HD. Whenever I try to adjust the timings on the ram, the system won't post; right now I'm even running the RAM at 1333. How can I squeeze more out of my system, and does anyone know some good BIOS settings to really optimize things. The specs are
*AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX
*G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
*SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100284VXL Radeon HD 5750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
*Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5 Internal
*MSI 790GX-G65 AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
*KINGWIN Mach 1 ABT-600MA1S 600W ATX 12V Ver.2.2 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready Modular Power Supply

The truely frustrating part is originally I had G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7T-6GBPK, but I ditched it because obviously, a 3 pack is worthless to me. However running just 2 sticks of ram, I was getting better RAM performance (at least according the the Windows Score, 7.3). Currently the only tweaks I have are
*FSB at 205
*CPU Multiplier x19
*CPU-NB ratio x13
*DRam Ratio 1:3.33
*CPU VDD Voltage 1.5
*CPU-NB VDD Voltage 1.5
*CPU Voltage 1.534
*CPU-NB Voltage 1.12
*DRAM Voltage 1.76
*NB Voltage 1.184

I don't wanna fry anything out, because I want the system to last, so I know I'll prolly wanna drop the voltages some, but so far it's only peaking the CPU at 56 degrees. Also, any advice on boosting my GPU performance would be awesome.

*EDIT*
Realized I didn't have any Benchmark scores on. AMD overdrive rates it about 8800. Trial mode of 3dMark Vantage gives me about 13k on the cpu, and 8800 on the gpu

I believe you know what Black Edition means.
So, do what you are supposed to do.

Well like I said, stepping the CPU up is so far the only real boost I've done; the biggest issue I'm having is squeezing more out of the ram/gpu.Plus I'm hoping by some miracle someone comes by and tells me why the HD only scored 5.3 on the Window's score. I was kinda hoping it would be super duper amazing without being SSD

Windows 7 scores are not very accurate try SiSandra for bench marking. As for the RAM I wouldn't worry the speed makes little difference in real life only in benchmarks. The GPU overclock will only increase FPS scores slightly. Interestingly when I setup my PC the (1333MHz) RAM score in win 7 was only 5. something but when I installed my Radeon 4890 it went up to 7.1.

Is this the overclocking section? I appreciate the feedback, really. But I'm here specifically asking to overclock my rig, so responses like "overclocking does't do much other then some extra performance" really isn't helpful, at all. I'll take a look at that whetstone though.
