Overclock GIGABYTE G41M-ES2L motherboard

hi i want to overclock my processor intel pentium dual core 2.60 GHZ and my motherboard is GIGABYTE G41M-ES2L
and my VGA card is NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT what is the best setting of overclock for this kind of my all hardware because i overclock my unit before i have no VGA card and the 2GB ram of my unit will always damage and now im afraid to overclock my unit because of that happen anyone help me

its not just put a number.You need some software that you can get free to see the stability of cpu temperatures + memory too------http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=205--thats for the cpu.....this one is for the memory----http://www.memtest.org/.......if you are not sure try to overclock it to 3.1 ghz and save your settings and restart the pc then run those programs i listed and try not to get a lot of temperature..... acceptable will be like below 60 i guess....
