Media player will not run. Error "Cannot find 'player' or one of its components. Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available".
This error occurs when attempting to run from the start menu and also when running the .exe file from the /program files/media player/ directory on the device.
I've hard-reset and soft-rest the device, re-installed media player, downloaded the version 8 update from microsoft, but the problem remains the same.

Does anyone have a clue?
