hi can someone tell me how i reset my s series e43-ds3l motherboard? please

well from the lack of info you give us you can go into the bios and set the defaults. or if your PC does not start there is a jumper on the mobo to clear the CMOS. to find out where the jumper is check your Manuel but its likely that the jumper is around the cmos battery on the board
