Cheap Build....Advice Wanted

I was recently requested to build a computer for my aunt.
The computer does not have to be anything special just kind of a cheap compy that can be used for everyday tasks.
The most intensive thing this computer would ever do is play some very light games. (I'm talking about those slot, puzzle, or i-spy games.) So not very intensive and I believe that integrated graphics would do just fine.
For a CPU I was looking into AMD, just because of the general less expensive price range. However, intel works just as well.

I was hoping for opinions on specific components. Price cap is $300. :ouch:  Less would be advisable but 300 is absolute max.

P.S. This would have to include all components. (CPU, Case, PSU, HD, DVD Burner, MB, RAM, etc.)

Thanks very much in advance. :p

These were the parts I was looking into.
Are there any that I should not get or change?

I was thinking prebuilt for the OS, just noticed it wasn't listed above. Above parts are fine for what it will be used for.

Really, for $300 you are better off with a pre-built that will at least have a warranty.

If those parts are all you actually need, then OK... but beware that PSU.
Also, there is a far better 780G board for $10 more:

I saw some gateway in Wal-mart a few weeks ago for about 300 bucks.
