Well, i can’t run exe files after virus removal, may be it is missing dll files as yours? I have tried this guide:
http://blog.teesupport.com/cant-run-exe-files-after-virus-removal-how-to-fix-exe-files-cant-be-opened/ and some programs are fine, but sometimes there is still random programs won't run. Is is associated with dll files?

This is a different problem, so you should start your own thread. Hijacking another thread like this is just poor form.

Sounds like your issue is that the virus is still present on your system. Start a new thread.

Also, download, install, update, and run malwarebytes (from malwarebytes.org). Perform a full scan. Remove everything it finds.
