No Boot with Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4L

I recently moved my computer to a different area of the house. After the move, no boot. I tested my PSU (PCP&C 610) with a paperclip inserted into the generic mobo boot connections and the fan came on just fine, however when it is connected to the motherboard I get no mobo led light, and no response after the power button is pushed. I really don't want to take out the mobo to test it in a different case as my processor fan screws are stripped, I'm thinking it's dead though (insert comments about how I should have not have purchased an NVidia 650 mobo in the first place here). No LED on the mobo when the PSU is connected. I have no blown capacitors, and no shorts due to loose metal or screws. So I'm thinking about a new mobo if necessary, and advice if not. Ideas??? (Micro Center, Compusa, and Newegg are my only purchasing options) Open to fan choices too, as my direct fan Big Typhoon is outdated, screws are stripped, and is not side-blowing. Budget is $200.00 for fan and mobo. Haven't posted in 6 months as my company's WebSense policy has determined Tomshardware is a "Shopping" site. Also, if anybody knows someone who wants to sell a 9800 GX2 for under $300.00 I'll buy it, microlag and all.
