Is my system under powered?

first of all i got a ocz 650W PSU

here are my comp specs:

Asus p8p67 Pro (3.1 REV) Mobo
Radeon 6870 HD GPU
Intel i5 2500k (overclocked)
Cooler master Haf x case (the $200 version) (here are the fans Front: 230 x 30 mm red LED on/off fan x 1
Top: 200 x 30 mm fan x 2 (one optional)
Side: 200 x 30 mm fan x 1
Rear: 140 x 25 mm fan x 1)
G-skills sniper gaming ram 1600 DDR3 (4GB X 2)
Noctua 6 Dual Heatpipe with 140mm/120mm Dual SSO Bearing Fans CPU Cooler NH-D14
1 samsung dvd/cd burner combo
1 Sata 6 750GB HDD I beleive its 7200RPM if i am not mystaken
bunch of usbs plugged in ( one using a logitech g510 gaming keyboard)
5.1 surround sound speakers

Yes, you should have at least a dozen more fans.

Your psu is more than sufficient

Not to worry, you are good.

The primary driver for psu power is the graphics card/s. The other parts for a normal complement of fans, dvd, hard drives, and overclocking are relatively insignificant. For a typical pc, like yours, with a 6870, amd suggests only a 500w psu:
