OverClocking AMD 555 BE/Unlock

I have been able to unlock all 4 cores and boot to windows successfully at stock voltage and stock multiplier. However, I try to run prime 95 64bit, The system lock up, No BSOD, just locks up. I've tried everything up to 1.55 Volts <I dare not go higher.
specs
64 bit Win7
AMD Phenom II 555 BE
4GIGS DDR3
9800GT
Motherboard- MSI 750-G55
Only thing from stock is the unlocking mechanism called NCC (Not acc).
I can only clock to dual core, 3.8GHZ without Bsod. Thats done with 1.48volts and multiplier. Max temp here is 42C. Full load.
Cores unlocked at stock voltage and multiplier is 32C Low Load.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep pushing the envelope? I really want those extra cores unlocked. They boot and I can run programs but When I try Prime 95 system locks up. My cooler is an Xigmatek Dark knight.
