I have an old GA-K8NXP SLI MB which I have built back into a low spec pc, but I can't get the audio to work.

I didn't have the driver CD so downloaded them all from the Gigabyte website. I have tried 4 different sets of speakers but nothing works.

I even ran one of the online driver detection programs to check my installed drivers, there were a couple out of date but strangely not the audio. There are no yellow flags in the device manager, and audio is set to auto in the bios menu.

Please can someone suggest what mught be wrong.
