I got a new Sapphire 4870 1GB off Ebay and GPU-Z and CCC shows Fan Speed is 0% but the Fan Speed RPM is 1030 on GPU-Z. I opened the case and confirmed the GPU Fan is running. Is there a driver or setting I need to change so it displays the automatic fan speed?

I installed the latest Driver and CCC off the Driver Page on Sapphire's website. If I manually set the Fan speed by overiding the automatic speed, then it displays the fan speed I set it to.

Anyone with a Sapphire 4870 1GB that can help? Thanks so much!

When the fan is running lower than 20%, it'll say 0% instead of the actual percent.
I used Furmark to put load on the GPU and the fan went from 0% to 20% and started going up.

Please post if there is a fix see fan speeds < 20%.

May be due to conflict in CCC.
Download latest from ATi.
