hi ,

i am using a wipro laptop with XP prof. edit.

my this laptop is not accessing the signals in case of access point.

i have changed the wireless card. but the problems remains same.

other laptop with this wifi card is accessing the access point properly from the same distance.

more over this card is working properly in ad-hoc network.

plz give me the solution.

Try disabling wireless security in the router and make sure that Access List (adapter MAC ID recognition) is also OFF.
