You could use that one but I would not recomend it, a quality power supply is very important.
That one is cheaper, will work, and FSP makes some of the best supplies around IMO.

He needs a TFX PSU thought and that one is ATX. If i remember correctly there is a Seasonic 350W TFX PSU that is arounf 50 - 70 dollars but well worth it Seasonic is a great PSU brand.
