Memory from 1333 to 1600

This is the system i just built (my first)

Gigabyte GA-770T-USB3 AM3 MB
AMD Athlon II X4 630
G. Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600
Nvidia 8800 GS SC
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W

When installed the memory is set to run at 1333 MHz, i have gone into the bios and manually changed it to 1600 but then that changes the timing, which i manually set back to 9-9-9-24-2N, but the system fails Prime95 after about 2 minutes, I am very new to this. Any suggestions?

Download http://www.memtest86.com and put it on a CD (wont work on a DVD). In BIOS, set your optical drive as the boot drive and boot to memtest. See if you can go through a full cycle or two to make sure it is the memory that is causing the Prime95 fail.

Also, what is your RAM voltage?
