Title says it all. It come wiht my chipset driver for my MOBO (Rampage II Extreme). Now this application is always on in task manager, yet I don't need it. There is nowhere in msconfig startup that has anything to do with ASUS. So how do I go about getting rid of it. :S

Do you have the ASUS Probe installed or other ASUS software? If so uninstall it and remove ASUS entries from the registry. Removing the entries will not affect the ASUS Xonar if this is your sound card.
